General Shipping Information

Our goal is to get orders out to you as quickly as possible as we know you want your order ASAP!

We will do our best to ship all orders the same day or the next day. Orders are only shipped on Monday to Friday so if you order over a weekend it will ship on the Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

We ship our products out of Maroochydore, Queensland in Australia. 

We do ship internationally to US, Canada, New Zealand and the Pacific.

Australian Orders

• Free shipping within Australia for orders over $100
• $12 flat rate shipping for orders under $100
• We ship orders as quickly as possible - usually the same day or next day
  

New Zealand Orders

• Free shipping for New Zealand orders over $250
• Shipping rates to New Zealand are based on the weight of the actual items ordered and are priced at the actual cost - shipping costs will be displayed at checkout
• We ship orders as quickly as possible - usually the same day or next day

International Orders

• International shipping is a flat rate of A$40
• International orders over $250 will ship FREE
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders so all international orders are final sale.
• Some countries charge duties and taxes on imported shipments - the buyer is responsible for paying any import duties/taxes.

Shipping to Europe

• Due to recent changes in tariff and packaging laws in many European countries we no longer ship directly to Europe via our website. As a small business it is just logistically too difficult for us to ship to these countries. 
• We do accept Europe orders via our Etsy store.

• Orders placed on our Etsy store will have VAT collected at time of order.
