Returns and Exchanges
We have relocated our business to Australia and returns are now location specific.
International Orders - includes US, Canada and all other countries
We are unable to accept return or exchanges on International Orders. All International Orders are final sale.
Australian Orders
For all Australian orders we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if sizing is not quite right or if you change your mind.
Please note that all Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We want to be fair and reasonable in these things. So please try on your items and make sure they fit but please do not workout in them. We cannot accept returns on anything that has been used, sweated in or washed!
EXCHANGE - Australian Orders
We offer one free size exchange per order. Please email us at nicole@libertelifestyles.com providing your order number and what item would like to exchange.
We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the exchange item(s). Once the exchange is received we will sent out the new size. You will receive a new shipping notification when the exchange is sent out.
RETURN FOR REFUND - Australian Orders
Please email us at nicole@libertelifestyles.com providing your order number and what item would like to return.
We can provide a prepaid return label for the return fee of $12. The refund will be processed once the items are received back and the return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you prefer to send items back on your own then please send to the address listed below. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for this option. Once the return is received, an order refund will be finalized. There is no return fee charged with this option.
Shipping costs on the original orders are non-refundable.
