Where is your warehouse?
Our orders ship from Australia. We are based in Maroochydore, Queensland.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally to New Zealand, Pacific Islands, USA and Canada. We are currently not shipping to other countries in Asia, Europe or Africa. For shipping rates see our Shipping page.

Do you ship to Europe?
We are no longer processing Europe orders via this website. EU customers can visit our Etsy store to place orders.

This change was made in June 2021 when the EU changed VAT requirements that made it very onerous for a small business such as ours to manage taxation to Europe. This process is easier on Etsy so we are diverting all Europe orders to our Etsy store.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are listed on our Shipping page.

Who do you use to ship orders?
We package orders ourselves and ship out of our offices in Queensland Australia. We typically use Australia Post but will sometimes use other providers for better shipping times or service.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes for Australian Orders we will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns on International orders.

How long are the knee sleeves?
Knee sleeves measure 26cm (10.25") at the front (longest part) and 22cm (8.75") at the back (shortest part).

Where are your products made?
This varies by product. Our fitness accessories and shorts are made in China. Everything is shipped by us from our warehouse in Queensland Australia.
