Liberté Lifestyles is....

Liberté (pronounced lee-behr-tay) is a French word meaning freedom — and that idea sits at the heart of everything we do.

Liberté Lifestyle was founded on the belief that you should have the freedom to choose: how you live, how you move, and what you wear. Freedom to invest in products you love — pieces that fit your lifestyle, your body, and your personal style. Because having it all shouldn’t feel out of reach.

I’m Nicole Cowell, founder and owner of Liberté Lifestyle. I’m a fitness fanatic, mum, and lifelong fashion lover. When I found myself outside the corporate world for the first time — in a new country, with no job and two very young children — I decided to take a leap and build something of my own.

In 2017, Liberté Lifestyle was born: a business inspired by a life centred around family, fitness, and flexibility. I wanted to create a brand where I could control the customer experience end-to-end — designing quality products, building a genuine connection with customers, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way. Thanks to our incredible community, it quickly grew into something more than I ever imagined.

Our mission is simple: to bring together everyday fitness, life and effortless style. We create pieces that support your training, help you push for your personal best, and still make you feel confident long after the workout is done. Products that perform — and make you smile.

In 2026, my family and I relocated back to my home country, Australia, and Liberté Lifestyle moved with us. We are now proudly based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and excited to continue growing the brand here at home.

Nicole is a Masters athlete who competed in CrossFit at regional level and has placed in the top 100 worldwide.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration and a CF-L2 certification.  She has held Senior Executive positions for some of Australia's biggest companies and has also owned her own businesses - a gym and now Liberte Lifestyle. She now lives with her family in Maroochydore, QLD, Australia
